No. The Guest Log works entirely in your phone's browser. Just scan the QR code and you're in.
Enter your mobile number on the event page. You'll receive a one-time code via SMS. Enter the code, add your name, and you can start uploading immediately.
Photos, short videos, voice recordings, and written notes. The event organiser sets the file size limits for each event.
Yes. Before every upload you choose: Public (visible to everyone) or Private (visible only to the host). You can change this any time within the edit window.
Yes, within the allowed edit window set by the organiser (typically 1 hour after upload). After that window closes, only the organiser can delete your content.
Yes, your phone number is visible only to the host. This is to deter anonymous uploads and increase traceability of uploaded photos. It is never visible to other guests.
This depends on the organiser's plan — from 60 days up to a year. The organiser can also delete your uploads at any time.
Select a plan, complete the Stripe checkout, and your event dashboard is created immediately. You'll get a unique event link and QR code ready to print.
You create your account as part of the checkout process. Your email becomes your login to manage events from the admin dashboard.
Download the QR code from your dashboard and print it on table cards, menus, welcome signs, or display it on a screen. One QR code works for the whole event.
Yes. As the organiser, your admin dashboard shows all uploads — both public and private. Guests are informed of this when they choose the private option.
Our AI moderation tool processes every upload before it is published in the live gallery. Flagged content is held for your review and only appears once approved.
One-click bulk download from your admin dashboard exports all media. You can also download individual uploads.
Media files are stored on Cloudflare R2 — one of the most trusted names in internet infrastructure, used by millions of businesses worldwide. Event data is stored on Supabase, a secure and reliable database platform. Payments are processed by Stripe, the global standard for secure online payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Yes. We collect only what is necessary (phone number, name, and uploaded content), obtain explicit consent at verification, and provide data deletion on request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Guests can contact us at support@theguestlog.com to request deletion of their personal data. Organisers can delete their account and all associated events from the admin dashboard.
